No. Unlike many "haul-only" companies in Cape Girardeau that bill you for weight weeks later, our price includes your first 2,000 lbs (1 ton) of disposal. If you go over that limit, we simply bill the pro-rated landfill rate ($95/ton). Most residential cleanouts never exceed the included ton!
Your price covers:
1. Delivery and placement of the bin.
2. The rental duration of your choice (1, 3, or 7 days).
3. Professional driveway protection (we use boards under every bin).
4. Disposal of your first 2,000 lbs of waste.
5. Final pickup and haul-away.
Logistics & Delivery
No! As long as the drop-off area is clear of vehicles and overhead obstructions (like low power lines or tree branches), I can place the bin exactly where you need it. I’ll text you a photo once it’s set.
As a local owner-operator, I treat your property like my own. I place protective boards under the contact points of every dumpster to prevent scratches, ruts, or cracks in your concrete or asphalt.
15-Yard: Best for heavy materials (shingles/dirt), small bathroom remodels, or garage cleanouts. (Holds about 6 pickup truck loads).
20-Yard: Best for whole-home decluttering, flooring projects, or basement cleanouts. (Holds about 8 pickup truck loads).
What Can I Toss?
To comply with local landfill regulations, we cannot accept:
- Hazardous waste or chemicals
- Wet paint
- Tires
- Refrigerants (AC units/Fridges)
- Batteries
- Large appliances (unless cleared beforehand)
Yes, but please let me know beforehand. These materials are very heavy, and we have specific loading instructions to ensure the bin can be safely lifted and remains within legal weight limits for transport.

Yes! We primarily serve Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Scott City, Fruitland, and Gordonville. If you are outside this immediate area, give me a call and we can usually work something out for a small fuel surcharge.
